There are also a number of surprises that we’ll keep secret, so you’ll just have to visit us to find out.

About the Escape Game
All our games can be played with a team size of 2 to 5 players.
A team size of 2 may find it difficult, and a team of 5 may find it too crowded. A team size of 3-4 is a good balance for space and brainpower.
However, team size does not affect your level of fun and each team size will bring its own challenges – so the question should be: Who should I bring to play with me that’s a team player and fun to be with?
The perception of difficulty will vary between players, but the key to completing the game is to work together as an efficient team. If your team becomes stuck on a puzzle/riddle, you may ask us for a hint.
Our rooms in the escape games vary in size depending on the theme, and some rooms are intended to be claustrophobic to feel more immersive. If you’re feeling claustrophobic, you may walk back through the entry door to take a breather. We always keep the entry door unlocked for your safety.
Physical force is not needed in any of our escape games. However, we’ve designed all the puzzles to be robust and low risk to damage. If you deliberately damage something in the game, then you may be liable to pay for damages and asked to leave.
To avoid spoiling the experience for others, we ask our customers to not bring any of your belongings into the escape game, in particular mobile phones, cameras and recording devices. There will be enough space in the briefing room to leave your belongings and we have CCTV cameras watching over it to make sure that they’re safe.
Although our site is wheelchair friendly with wide corridors and disabled toilet facilities, due to the restrictive design and physical challenges involved in our escape game “The Killer”, we do not recommend this game to wheelchair users. We apologise for this.
Anything casual and comfortable. We encourage fancy dress too but nothing too bulky!

Getting to Enigma Escape
Please arrive up to 15 minutes early before your booking to ensure you get the most out of your experience.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, then the length of your experience may be cut short. This is so that we have enough time to reset the game for the next booking. With your escape game cut short, it may become more difficult and not as enjoyable.
If you are more than 30 minutes late then your booking will become a no-show and entry will be declined without refund.
Please Contact Us if you’re running late.
You may bring more players than booked but up to a maximum of 5 players in your team. The difference in cost can be paid on arrival. Please Contact Us and give us as much notice as possible though. All players must be briefed at the same time to be able to play the escape game.
If you can give us more than 3 days (72 hours) notice we can offer you a partial refund for the difference in team size. If some of the players of your team can’t make it, please Contact Us with your request.
If you attend your booking with less players than booked for then unfortunately there are no refunds.
