Terms and Conditions
* A gift voucher is valid once payment is completed and an email receipt has been sent to you.
* A gift voucher is valid from the date of purchase unless advertised differently at the point of sale. “Restricted” gift vouchers are valid from Monday to Thursday, and “Anytime” gift vouchers are valid any day of the week. Please contact us if you are unsure of when the voucher is valid.
* A gift voucher cannot be redeemed after it has expired. “Standard” gift vouchers expires 1 year after the date of purchase, and “Premium” gift vouchers do not expire. Please contact us if you are unsure when the voucher expires.
* We do not offer refunds to gift vouchers and they hold no cash value.
* If the voucher is not activated, you will need to contact us referencing the buyer’s email or receipt number to activate the voucher. You will then receive a voucher code to use with our online booking system.
* If you decide that you want to bring a larger team size than bought on the gift voucher, select the desired team size on our online booking system, enter your voucher code and it will calculate the difference to pay at checkout. There is no refund if you decide to bring a smaller team size.
* Once the experience is booked you and all players in your team agree to be bound by our full Terms and Conditions. The booking can be rescheduled as per our policies. There is no refund if the booking is cancelled.
